Yes. We create custom jewelry — from concept, through gemstone selection, to execution.
DELIVERY
The lead time depends on the nature of the product — details are provided for each model. For individual orders, we set the delivery date individually.
We currently ship orders only within the European Union.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes — we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
No — custom-made products are non-returnable as they are created specifically for you.
SIZE & FIT
In most cases, size adjustment is possible. Contact us — we will advise on the best solution.
MATERIALS & QUALITY
We work exclusively with high-karat gold, such as 14k and 18k, and with natural gemstones.
Yes — we use materials that are also suitable for people with sensitive skin.
CARE
We recommend avoiding contact with cosmetics and water for pearls and emeralds, and storing jewelry separately. Detailed instructions can be found in the "SAFETY" section for each product.
