The decorative cross pendant is the oldest item in our antiquarian collections and could well join museum collections. It was made at the beginning of the 18th century and is an example of combining the decorative Rococo style with the austerity associated with a religious object. The form of the cross itself differs from the classic scheme, as its lower part takes the form of a small loop. When you look at it, you get the impression that you are looking at something mysterious and intricate. This mystery is created by its dark colors and the small pink and white stones that come to the surface. They are set in a full frame and do not attract attention due to their flickering. Their cut is simplified, board-like and gives shine at a certain angle. The whole thing is finished with a lace decoration. This is an interesting example of jewelry that is worth having in your collection, not just admiring in a museum.
